Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account, accepting an workspace invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Description of the service

TaskSprint is an AI-native project management platform providing workspaces, projects, tasks, sprint planning, reporting, and AI assistance for software and product teams. Features may evolve over time; material reductions to paid functionality will be communicated in advance.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing member roles and the content their members upload.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
• Upload malicious code, scrape the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or to attempt prompt-injection abuse of other users.
• Harass other members or upload content containing others' personal data without a lawful basis.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TaskSprint and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the content you and your workspace members create and upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service at your direction.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• The Service offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; prices are shown before checkout and exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from workspace settings; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal risk for us or other users, or remain unpaid after repeated billing attempts. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskSprint shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms; the current version is always available at this page. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
